The service
Certification Camp provides live, cohort-based exam preparation, one-on-one mentoring, and a learning portal with lessons, practice, and assessments. We prepare you for an examination administered by a third party; we do not administer the examination or issue the certification.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your email account, where your sign-in codes arrive, private. One person per account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Enrollment, payment, and refunds
- A seat in a cohort is reserved when payment is received. Prices are shown before you enroll and include the lessons, live sessions, mentoring, and practice for that cohort.
- Refund terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
- The pass guarantee is described at cert.camp/guarantee, and its detailed terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Team and school enrollments are governed by the written agreement for that program.
Acceptable use
Lesson content, practice items, and recordings are licensed to you for your own preparation. Do not copy, redistribute, or resell them, and do not share exam content that is under a non-disclosure agreement with the certification body. Treat mentors and other learners with respect; we remove accounts that harass others.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond the refund and guarantee terms that apply to your enrollment, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the cohort or service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above records the current version. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms go to hello@cert.camp.
