We are a small team of instructors, mentors, and builders. We hire people who have passed the exams they teach and who care about the learner in the seat.
Who we look for
- Instructors and mentors who hold the certification they coach and have taught it to others, live.
- Curriculum authors who can turn an exam blueprint into lessons, practice, and assessments that read clearly.
- Engineers who want to build a learning product rather than a content library.
How we work
Cohorts run on a schedule, so the work has a rhythm: instructors teach live sessions and hold office hours; authors and engineers ship between cohort cycles. Most roles are remote within the United States. Mentors are compensated per cohort; staff roles are full time.

There is no applicant portal. Send a short note describing the certifications you hold and the teaching you have done, with a résumé or a link to your work, to careers@cert.camp. We reply to every message.
